You will learn the fundamentals of course starting with manicure and pedicare services, including the application and use of nail art, E-File (electric drill), acrylic Extensions and gel nail enhancements.. These individuals possess a range of well-developed technical customer and service skills where discretion and judgement is required and are responsible for their own work outputs. This includes client consultations on nail care products and services. Nail technicians may also be self-employed and responsible for managing their own nail station. Work is typically conducted in a nail or beauty salon.
The Certificate III in Nail Technology may also be utilised as a stepping stone to higher qualifications in beauty therapy or related industries.
