We have assisted stores prior to opening especially if the store is interstate and the owner cant be there when needed. We ensure the contractors and the development is in hand, running smoothly and completed satisfactorily, if you need this let us know.

However, generally we arrive 3 days prior to open day to set up your  premises train your staff in sales for the initial open day all the way through to assisting them with Goal setting and mentoring to ensure desired outcome is achieved. We are there to hold your staffs hand every step of the way .

We are contactable 24hours 5 days a week with our priority calls, 1 site visit every 4 weeks for fault finding and on the job training, 1 hour weekly follow up and training through skype/webinar, one training course to ad a new service for revenue growth or confidence enhancement.
